This Springfield Armory manufactured breech bolt assembly is for the U.S. military model M1 Garand semi-auto rifle and is in very good condition with honest wear and possibly some specks of surface rust. This breech bolt is marked "D28287-12SA" on the upper rear section and contains a blue / black parkerized finish. (file photo)
